Hi, I’m Jes

Jes (she/they) is an auDHD coach who helps autistic and ADHD adults become more confident so they can overcome self-shame and start living life as their true selves.

She has three degrees, including an associates in humanities and social sciences, and a bachelor’s in psychology. They also have “half a master’s” in clinical social work, having completed their first year of classes before taking the time needed to address their autistic burnout.

Since leaving graduate school, Jes has been spending most of her time creating educational content for and coaching auDHD adults. They’ve helped clients with things like self-acceptance, reorganizing their lives, and being able to embrace the chaos that is an auDHD life.

Jes resides in Syracuse, New York with her partner of 2 years and their three cats, where she enjoys knitting and crocheting, playing video games, and exchanging social justice-related infodumps with her partner.
